We only use the fabrics we have and found. If you see another fabric you like on the website and would like to get a piece in a fabric of another piece, it’s possible if we have enough stock of this fabric to do it. It’s better to contact us by email email@example.com at least 2 days before ordering. If we reply that it’s possible, you can order the piece you want and specify in the comments section in your basket in which other fabric you would like to get your piece.
We are working without any stock and every piece is made-to-order by my mother at her home. The delay of delivery can be between two days and two weeks, depending of the numbers of orders and of the overload of work. The approximative delay of the dispatch is of 3 weeks from the day of the order. You will receive an email by DHL Express once your order is sent.
On each product page, when the e-shop is open, we have the choice to order a standard size (34, 36, 38, 40, 42 etc…) or to choose to get a tailored piece. In this case, you will be able to enter your measurements instead of having to choose a standard size. You will be invited to fill in your chest, waist and hips measurements. If you want to indicate us any other measures (like your height), please feel free to add any other informations in the comments section when you are in your basket. If you forgot to add any measures or chose a standard size while you wanted a custom piece, do not worry, it’s not too late. You can also send us an email after your order at firstname.lastname@example.org. Specify your order number and indicate us your measurements here.
Yes, we do ship worlwide. The shipping fees are automatically calculated depending on your shipping destination when you are in your basket.
We buy leftover fabrics only so the fabrics we find are limited and I never know if I will be able to find the same again. If it’s a plain fabric, I can find another similar but if it’s a printed fabric, I won’t be able to find it again as there are deadstock fabrics. Sometimes I am able to find one roll of the same fabric, but sometimes only 2 or 4 meters. When a fabric is very very limited (like possible to make 1 to 10 pieces only in one fabric), I specify it in the product page.
As everything is made-to-order only and sewn in my mother’s workshop, we can only accept a maximum of around 30 orders per week. Our e-shop opens each Wednesday at 12:30 PM NYC time and 6:30 PM French time. Once it opens, the pieces will become available to buy. All the pieces that have the “SOLD OUT” ribbon are sold out forever.
I don’t know how many time the e-shop can stay open each week. It depends of how fast people order on the website. We only accept a maximum of around 80 orders per week. When we received our 80 orders, the e-shop closes automatically. It can take between 3 minutes and 15 minutes. If I put a reminder in my Instagram stories, it will be faster than if I don’t remind it.
