Off-white blouse, ruffled fabric, two ties on the front, puffed short sleeves, little bows at the bottom of the sleeves.
100% gorgeous ruffled cotton.
Entirely handmade in the atelier of MaisonCléo in the North of France 🙂
The cotton is a ruffled cotton at 17 euros for 1 meter, the realisation (pattern cuts, assembly, finishing touches, ironing, packaging) takes approximatively two hours and a half.
