We only use fabrics we own and have found. If you come across another fabric on the website that you like and wish to have a piece made in that particular fabric, it is possible if we have enough stock available. Please contact us via email at contact@maisoncleo.com at least 2 days before placing your order. If we confirm that it’s possible, you can proceed to order the piece you want and specify in the comments section of your basket the alternative fabric you would like for your piece.Â
Please find below all the answers to the questions you have! Please read them all before reaching us since your answer is most likely here 🙂 In case you couldn’t find an answer in the list, please contact us or at the email address: contact@maisoncleo.com.
We are working without any stock and every piece is made-to-order by our seamstresses at the atelier. The estimated dispatch time is approximately 3 weeks from the date of your order, depending on the volume of orders and workload. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from DHL Express containing the tracking number.
On each product page, you have the option to order a standard size or to have a tailored piece. In the latter case, you can input your measurements instead of selecting a standard size. You will be invited to provide your chest, waist, and hips measurements. If you wish to communicate any additional measurements, such as your height, please feel free to include this information in the comments section when you are in your basket.
If you happen to forget to add any measurements or choose a standard size when you intend to order a custom piece, don’t worry; it’s not too late. You can also send us an email after placing your order at contact@maisoncleo.com. Please specify your order number and provide us with your measurements in the email.
Yes, we do ship worldwide. The shipping fees are automatically calculated based on your shipping destination when you are in the shopping basket.
We use leftover fabrics only, which means the fabrics we have are very limited, and there is uncertainty about finding the same ones in the future. For plain fabrics, I can find a similar alternative; however, for printed fabrics, finding a match is more difficult since they are deadstock. Sometimes I can find one roll of the same fabric, but sometimes only 2 or 4 meters. You can see the estimated quantity of pieces that can be produced depending on the fabric’s availability on each product page.
